We were a group of ten staying at the end of October, and Andrea was especially patient and helpful with our evening feasts. I hope I have his name right. The staff overall were attentive and friendly. The hotel felt cozy and was conveniently placed for beach walks, about 100 meters away, as well as trips into the mountains, with the highway nearby. Our rooms were clean, well equipped, and had good toiletries. We also had no issue with breakfast, despite what some reviews say. Everyone in our group found something to eat. For a place like this, I'd put more weight on location, cleanliness, and service than a fancy breakfast.

The beach and restaurants are nearby. Breakfast was good, though the coffee was awful, like someone had poured acid into the cup. A room for four felt cramped, with too little space. Parking inside the hotel grounds costs an extra 10 euros per night, and there isn't much room. I think you'd need to reserve in summer if you want a spot.

I can't recommend this place. I never stayed there, so I can't comment on the rooms, but based on the service and lack of understanding, I imagine they're probably terrible too. They wouldn't refund my prepaid room, even though the situation was beyond my control. They said there was no money back because they were full that weekend. If they really were full and it's such a popular place, shouldn't it be easy to refund me and rent the room to someone else? Zero out of five. I'd go somewhere else.

The staff made us feel at home throughout our wonderful two-week family stay at Hotel Prestige in Montesilvano. Everyone was kind, professional, and smiling, from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed, and the hotel was clean and well organized. We especially enjoyed the nearby beach. It was clean, cared for, and the water was clear and calm. It was lovely for relaxing or walking with the family. One of our best holidays in recent years. I'd happily recommend Hotel Prestige for a relaxing break with good service in a beautiful setting, and we'll definitely return.

The one drawback was the firm mattress, but the staff were so kind and accommodating that I'd definitely stay at the Prestige Hotel again. Our air conditioning wasn't working well, and when I needed help in the middle of the night, they brought us a fan so we could sleep. The next day they moved us to an upgraded room with excellent AC, a view of the Adriatic, and the fan too. They even bought us cappuccinos this morning and were so keen to help with anything. It's the best three-star hotel I've stayed in. It's family-style, and you can take part in life at the Prestige if you want a taste of everyday Italian life. I strongly recommend it.
