Our favorite part was the large, lovely garden, where we could enjoy coffee in the morning in a peaceful setting. We were five adults and two children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The villa had everything we needed, including a fully functional kitchen for cooking at home, a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Each room had its own air conditioning, a real plus in the July heat. There are two roomy bathrooms, one en-suite and one off the hallway. The beach, restaurants, and nearby supermarkets are all about a five-minute walk away. Roberto and his son Francesco were kind, helpful, and quick to respond throughout our stay. We felt welcome and well cared for, and hope to return soon.

Giovanna and Roberto made me feel very welcome and shared useful tips and suggestions. I stayed for a week, and the house was spotless, with a great kitchen and well-designed appliances. It's conveniently close to the seaside and other amenities. I'd happily come back.

We spent a lovely week at VillaJoy with our toddler, and Roberto was always ready to help. The place is modern, spotless, and feels like home. We had breakfast each morning in the garden among the fruit trees, and could park our rental car in the driveway. Free bikes are available too. The beach is a two-minute walk, with the promenade's restaurants and bars very close by, making it easy to enjoy a walk or dinner out. Communication with the VillaJoy team was excellent, and replies came quickly. It's a real gem, and we'd love to stay again soon.

We all enjoyed the few days we spent here with our friends. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and had all the comforts we needed. The location was excellent, and the owner was kind and very helpful.

The house sits on a quiet residential street, just a short walk from the sea. There’s a little supermarket, a bar, a bakery, and a delicious pizzeria around the corner, with other places easy to reach by bike. Pescara is about a half-hour ride away, and the area is cycle-friendly. Inside, everything was spotless and carefully maintained, with comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, and a garden BBQ. The house is beautiful. A heartfelt thank you to Roberto, Giovanna, Tonino, and Loredana for making us feel at home. We can’t wait to return!
