A great hotel in a perfect spot. I was in the area for both business and leisure.

The front desk was helpful, and the room was clean with no problems during our stay. It was nice, though on the small side, which seems common in Italy. Breakfast was good, with options including eggs, yogurt, juice, cereal, meat, and cheese.

During the summer heat wave, this was the best hotel we stayed at in Tuscany because the air conditioning actually worked! The shower, towels, and bed were all good, and the staff were really friendly. I found it after running into trouble with an overheated Airbnb, and it turned out to be the best choice. Great value.

All I need is a comfortable bed and a clean toilet, and this hotel had both. It’s a 3 star hotel, with clean sheets but service that isn’t so good. Still, I’m satisfied with the experience overall.

Before the extra night, we were both happy with the hotel's service and cleanliness. My husband had a fall on the footpath outside, so after returning from the hospital we needed to stay another night. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or given us better service.
