For a hotel with four stars, I expected staff who were polite and knew how to make guests comfortable. Instead, it seemed the whole place was being run by one person, Alessio, whose behavior felt unprofessional. He was often loud and vulgar, and came across as aggressive and unwelcoming. At breakfast, his complaints and loud conversations kept disrupting the atmosphere. I left disappointed, and hope management improves the service and hospitality.
