We had an easy time getting along with the host, even though he speaks only Italian and we don't speak it. He understands a little French. He was kind enough to wait for us after the latest check-in time when bad weather slowed us down. The cottage is cozy and quiet, a lovely place to unwind and get away from everyday busyness. It sits at the top of a steady climb, about 40 kms from Savona. It used to have its own restaurant, but sadly the owner had to close it because he couldn't find staff to run it.

Mr. Gianni's family made us feel like one of their own, and they're all fantastic. They welcomed me, my wife, and my dog so warmly. Each morning Mr. Gianni brought us croissants and warm focaccia, which made for a great breakfast. The house is a cozy gem with a splendid view of the Langhe, and it's wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The apartment is also well placed for visiting nearby sights, both by the sea and in the mountains. We loved everything and will definitely be back. Thanks for everything from Angelo, Rossella, and Maia!

The owners were so friendly and helpful, and their wood-fired oven turns out bread and focaccia with flavors I hadn't tasted in a long time. The apartment was well kept, simply styled, and had the essentials for a lovely stay. We spent some wonderful summer days there, enjoying the cool after the heat, in a beautiful, very quiet spot. It's 30-40 minutes from the Ligurian sea. If you want peace and a break from stress and the daily routine, I recommend it. Thanks for your hospitality. See you soon, Franco and Cristina.

The room was spacious, and Gianni was really kind. The little dog is an important member of the staff.
