We came across mixed reviews, but for us it turned out to be a good place for a chilly February weekend. It was clean, and Sara, the owner and contact person, was a delight to talk to. Sonia did what she could to help us get the air conditionner onto heating. Nights in Napoli can get freezing indoors, even when the days feel quite warm, so be prepared for that.

The breakfast was nice, and the place was very clean. My one small complaint is that the air conditioner didn't seem able to warm the room enough. The temperature stayed at or below 18 Celsius.

This was the worst accommodation I've ever had. It's dangerous, don't go here!

We had a room booked here, with arrival planned for 10:10 PM. That should have left us a 25-minute walk to the hotel and put us there before 11:00 PM. Our flight was delayed, though, and we didn't arrive until 10:45 PM. Even after we messaged, the manager wouldn't listen or wait until 11:10 PM to check us in. We had to urgently find another room at the airport. There was no understanding or courtesy at all. I strongly advise against staying here.

We ended up paying for a room we couldn't use, then had to find another hotel at the last minute. Our flight was delayed, so we reached the hotel at 10:45 PM instead of having time to arrive before 11. Despite contacting them, the manager wouldn't wait until 11:10 PM to check us in. We had expected to get there from the airport in about a 25-minute walk after our scheduled 10:10 PM arrival. I'm extremely disappointed by the complete lack of understanding.
