The room was nice and clean, with space to cook or prepare meals and a mini fridge, but the Wi-Fi didn't work. Check-in was confusing because I hadn't received any instructions beforehand. The building has four floors and there was no sign showing the apartment, floor, or door. Luckily, I asked a man leaving the building, who turned out to be the owner, and he checked me in. The apartment is on the top floor, with no lift, as expected. I hope they improve their communication with guests.

Masaniello Apartment was clean, spacious, and conveniently located, with all the amenities you'd need. The hosts were very welcoming and shared useful local tips. I just checked out after a great stay, and it made a perfect base for exploring Naples. Highly recommend it.

Marzie, the owner, was the best part. She replied quickly whenever I had a question or concern, and went way beyond what I expected. When I couldn't get through to the Apple store, she called them for me, and her tender loving care helped me get my computer fixed. She also arranged a taxi when I was stranded without public train or bus. She's amazing, and I’ll be back. The apartment has a lovely interior and a private outdoor sitting area, a comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and hot water that stays hot in the big modern shower.

Marzia, the owner, was super friendly and kind, and helped arrange everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was tidy and very nice, with a large balcony. It's well placed for an easy walk around Naples' historic center.

There's a grocery store right next door, so we had a tasty breakfast at home each morning. We stayed three nights, and the apartment was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed.
