We had a relaxing meal with friends at this restaurant in the tiny village of Tocchi. It was a delightful surprise tucked away in the hills. The dining room has been tastefully renovated, more than we expected from the rustic-looking exterior, and the little terrace is very pleasant. Service was friendly and welcoming. They told us right away that some dishes would take 20 minutes. It wasn’t especially busy; those dishes simply need time to prepare and cook. We appreciated the honesty, and it also reassured us that the ingredients were fresh. We enjoyed delicious panzanella, tuna cooked like roast pork, and wonderful wild boar pasta Bolognese. We highly recommend the place.
