We only had one night here and wished we could have stayed longer. The photos online were accurate, but they still don’t capture how lovely Agriturismo Colli di Travale is. It has been in Antonello's family for five centuries, and he renovated it fairly recently. He was an incredible host, and the people we meet are what make a trip memorable. We’ll be talking about this stay for a long time. Breakfast was divine, with fresh local bread, pastries, jams, honey, meat, and cheese. It felt like a five-star hotel experience, honestly. When my husband and I return to Italy, we’ll make a point of staying at one of Antonello's properties.

The Tuscan hills make a beautiful backdrop, and the place is quiet. Antonello, the owner, is kind and helpful, and happy to suggest nearby places to visit or somewhere to have dinner. Don’t miss the chance to stay here.

The owners make you feel at home, chatting with you and sharing suggestions for exploring Tuscany. The food is another treat, made from organically grown and harvested ingredients. You can watch it being prepared while having breakfast in the garden, and dinner is cooked in front of you too, with dishes they make and share with guests. The property itself has a simple, high-quality style and is surrounded by nature and quiet. It’s a little gem, and the whole stay engages the senses. Definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay, with delicious dinner and breakfast, and the place was clean and well looked after. Francesco cooks wonderfully and grows all the ingredients in his own vegetable garden, which is laid out like a real garden. Antonello also told us about the history of the old convent, now renovated as a holiday home, and suggested nearby places to see. A lovely agriturismo run by a special family. Thanks again!
