B&B Vigneto Pardom

We spent Easter lunch here as a group of 11 and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, with kind, punctual staff who were always smiling and happy to help with any request. The price felt fair for the food and the experience. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by nature and carefully looked after in every detail. It has a warm, authentic feel and was a welcome break from the city. The food was a real highlight. Everything was homemade with local ingredients, and that came through in the dishes. The ravioli del plin were spectacular, the Fassona beef mince was delicious, and the roast beef was tender and full of flavor. I'd recommend this agriturismo to anyone wanting a quiet couple of days in nature, with good food and excellent local wine. A little gem in Monferrato for a future escape from the city.

The B&B rooms had pleasant vintage, classic furnishings, and we enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent, made with fresh products from the area. The wines were very good, with a recommended pairing for each dish. A wonderful experience. We'll be back as soon as we can, and highly recommend it.

The fixed-price dinner featured quality ingredients, many from nearby, and everything was cooked just right. I’d also recommend the wines from their organic winery. When people put their heart and soul into their work, you can taste it. We’ll definitely come back.
