Enrica was attentive and available around the clock, and even provided double keys and sweaters for cave visits. The flat is comfortable and well equipped, with an automated gate and protected parking. There's a slight downside: the shower pressure could be stronger. The location in Forte dei Marmi is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood with a nearby park, just a 2-minute bike ride from the beach. Cheap bike rentals are available right in front of the building, and a barber shop, supermarket, and other essentials are a 5-minute walk away. A fantastic vacation rental. I highly recommend it.

The owners were wonderful, friendly, flexible, and happy to accommodate all my many requests without making me feel like a burden. The house is very cute and extremely clean, with no dust even on the closets. It's in a great spot, 7 minutes on foot from the beach and a 4-minute stroll along the Versilia River. Everything I needed was there, including coffee capsules, Wi-Fi, clean linens, a washing machine, drying rack, and ironing board. There's also a parking space behind an automatic gate. A well-deserved five stars.

The owners were kind and very responsive. When we had a problem with the hair dryer, they fixed it quickly. The apartment is cute and only a few minutes' walk from the sea, with pretty much everything you need. They even left us coffee capsules. There's air conditioning and Wi-Fi, plus parking, space for bikes, and a small private outdoor area for hanging laundry or storing beach things. Very handy when you've got kids' toys.
