Apartment 20 had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had pots, pans, dishes, glasses, a microwave, an electric oven, and two induction hobs. In the living room and kitchenette there was a double sofa bed and satellite TV. The bathroom was basic but comfortable and functional, with a washing machine. The bedroom had a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. Outside, there was a small private garden with a canopy and little table, plus a large private terrace. We were there because of work at the OPA hospital, which is only a few minutes’ walk away, 600 meters from the residence. The location worked really well for that. One part of the route runs alongside the road with no sidewalk, so take a small flashlight to make sure you’re visible when walking back from an evening visit. Nearby there’s a discount supermarket, an excellent café and pastry shop, a pharmacy, and a restaurant/pizzeria right next to the residence that also does takeout. The garden and pool were well maintained. There’s a hot drinks vending machine near reception, and drinks cost 60 cents. The lady who runs the property was very kind and always available to sort out small issues. My only suggestion is to add soundproofing to the chairs, since this isn’t a hotel-style property and the soundproofing isn’t optimal. I’d highly recommend it for anyone with commitments at the OPA hospital. I can’t speak to what it’s like for a tourist stay, but I think it would work equally well.
