We came across this place by chance and were so pleased that we’ll definitely return. Franca and the rest of the staff put real care and passion into their work, and their attentive service made the stay feel relaxed and soothing. The apartments are spacious, clean, and very well looked after. We loved having lunch and dinner on the terrace, and the beach and shopping area are just a 5-minute walk away. Thank you.

Just steps from the sea, with handy parking right on site. The apartment was beautiful, new, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly too. We had a great stay and I’d highly recommend it.

The shops are all close by, including a pastry shop, pharmacy, butcher, and bars, and the sea is about 100 meters away. Everything was very clean and the staff were kind. Each apartment has a 25-square-meter terrace, looking either toward the sea or toward the river with a view of the Apuane.

The building and its setting are both magnificent, and apartment number 5 was a delight. It had recently been renovated, with lovely decor, good amenities, and a comfortable feel in a great location. The person who welcomed us had already been in touch with me several times and was incredibly helpful and responsive. It was a little noisy on the first floor, but we’ll definitely be back.

The shared area was lovely, and the bike rental was a nice touch. The apartments are very well kept and have every comfort. It’s a beautiful residence in a great location.
