Il Bottaccio made our honeymoon feel like a dream come true. We planned the trip for over a year, and the stay surpassed every expectation. The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional, and from arrival the whole staff treated us as though the hotel were there just for us. Irina and Aldo were warm, attentive, and caring throughout. I especially want to mention how helpful and wonderful Irina was to work with over the past year as we planned everything. Every detail received personal care beyond anything we’ve experienced before. I rarely write reviews, but this was one of the greatest hospitality experiences of my life, and I couldn’t be happier.

The rooms are beautiful, the food is amazing, and the team deserves so much credit. They’re warm, funny, and truly caring, looking after us both in the hotel and when we were out. Their suggestions on where to go were spot on, so really, just ask them instead of bothering with Google. Staying here felt less like being at a hotel and more like visiting friends in their historic Tuscan villa. It’s the sort of place you never want to leave.

The service was truly top tier. Our suite was beautifully designed and stylishly decorated, and the garden was stunning, like something from a fairytale.
