We were disappointed from the start because we didn’t get what we paid for. We had booked a duplex studio but were put in a room instead. The sheets and curtains were dirty, and so was the room in general. The shower didn’t work properly either. The owner was very rude, insulted us, and threatened to throw us out. Booking.com did nothing to help with the issue. Never again!
The staff were great, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Santa Maria La Nova 21 Luxury B&B is centrally located, so it’s easy to get around and see places. I stayed there for a couple of days while visiting Naples and can highly recommend it. The room was spacious, modern, and clean.
Whenever I’m in Napoli, I stay here for the stunning view and the kind staff. The building is huge, with a high ceiling, the yellow one. I warmly recommend it.
