Giulia was a huge help while we were trying to manage a really tight schedule. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The location is central for the Fuorigrotta neighbourhood and well connected by light rail. We had a great stay!

Very clean, reasonably priced, and easy to reach by public transport. Giovanni Kayak and his wife were really friendly. The owner also runs a canoe business. Definitely worth giving it a try.

I stayed six days. The owner was kind and friendly, but the room was never cleaned, the bed was never changed, and the towels stayed the same throughout. The Wi-Fi only worked sometimes, the showers were very cold because there wasn't enough hot water, and there wasn't a drop of water in the fridge. Not even a coffee. I had to book for December and January, and I'd have booked if it were up to the staff. If I hadn't paid for those six days already, I would've demanded a refund after this treatment!!!!

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. The rooms were practical, the hospitality was fantastic, and the place was clean. It's also right in the center. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The staff were very welcoming, and the place was clean and comfortable. Great location if you're going to a game at the San Paolo.
