The breakfast charge was the last straw. I paid for two days of breakfast, but it wasn’t served, and all I got was coffee with a strange taste. I’d picked the apartment because the booking platform showed a central location. The address I was sent to was somewhere else, farther from the center, and in a small city like Monza that makes a big difference. When I complained, the owner brushed it off and spoke down to me. I was very disappointed. I’d strongly suggest fellow travelers look at other, more reasonable and pleasant places in Monza. Never again.

We stayed for 25 days and absolutely loved the place. The rooms were bright, spacious and comfortable, and the central location suited us especially well since we were on foot. The staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend this B&B. It was well worth the stay. Sabrina

The service was friendly and the hotel was clean, but it really didn’t suit a business trip, so I won’t return for my next professional visit to Monza. There was no way to get an iron and ironing board for the room, and the car park was very small, which could be a problem. Checking out was strange too, with nobody at the hotel to look after us.

I’ve spent more time in hotels than at home, and 92 euro a night is outrageous. I don’t know whether Booking.com charged a higher price, but that’s far too much for this hotel’s standard. In response to Thea: reading your reviews won’t change my opinion, and I’m not interested in doing so. Have a nice evening!

We booked two bedrooms for the Formula 1 weekend in September. A few months after we made the booking, the hotel canceled it without an explanation or any help. By then there was no chance of finding an alternative. Very untrustworthy.
