We stayed at this farmhouse as a base for a concert at the Verona Arena and a visit to Gardaland. Our quadruple room was roomy and clean, with a large bathroom, and breakfast had a decent choice. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, with a pool. The final part of the road is unpaved, and there’s outdoor parking on the farm.

Breakfast is quite basic and all sweet: lots of croissants and cakes, plus a few rolls filled with jam or nutkao. There’s also yogurt, cereal, and fruit. Milk, coffee, and water for herbal tea can be warmed in the microwave. The room had no closet or bidet, and the rooster’s constant crowing could disturb your sleep. The property is run entirely by a very friendly lady who lives in the neighboring building with her two big dogs. The upper floors are reachable only by stairs.
