A quiet, out-of-the-way B&B with air conditioning and a tasty breakfast. Worked perfectly for a stop on the way to our destination.

The owner was so kind and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. We felt at home straight away. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the generous, tasty breakfast made the mornings even better. A quiet, welcoming place with authentic hospitality. Highly recommend.

The countryside setting has pleasant scenery, but getting here takes a long drive and there are lots of insects. What was meant to be a short three-day break turned into a nightmare, especially August 15th. We'd paid for the rooms in advance, and I usually leave positive reviews despite small imperfections, but this stay was stressful and absurd. We arrived after lunch as agreed, but nobody was there. Thankfully, we had a phone number, and we checked in as instructed. The rooms were fairly nice, especially the double, but not very clean. There was a double bed and a single bed with a very shaky bunk above it and no steps to climb up. The staircase was rusty and dangerous. The mosquito screens were damaged, and the small room had none. The air conditioning took ages to start, as did the fan in the tiny room. The rooms were dark, with only three light points. The bathroom had plenty of equipment, but the toilet wasn't working when we put our bags down. We called the same number. A woman came after a while, said she didn't know about the problem, and explained that finding a technician at that time would be difficult. Later, two men arrived, but they didn't seem to be plumbers. The woman disappeared, and when she came back, she brought us a bucket for the toilet. By then it was late, so we all took a quick shower. The men had tracked dirt and grass all over the bathroom, and I cleaned it myself with the disinfectant detergent I always bring when I travel. When we came back from dinner, the toilet still hadn't been fixed or cleaned. The woman had gone missing again, then came into our room while we were out, because the lights were on differently when we returned. She had also put the dirty towels I'd used to clean the toilet on a chair with the clean ones. In the morning, there was no apology for the night with the broken toilet. I told her I'd had to clean it with towels, and she curtly said I should have asked her for rags. After a decent breakfast, we went out for a short trip. When we came back in the early afternoon, she flatly refused to let us into our rooms, saying a plumber was there. She kept us waiting for over two hours in a very hot room without air conditioning, full of mosquitoes and with uncomfortable chairs. She didn't apologize or offer anything cool to drink, even for payment. Once again, we couldn't have a quiet afternoon, take a quick shower, and head out to dinner. The toilet still wasn't properly fixed. It kept leaking now and then, so we had to go to the toilet. We left early the next morning after another decent breakfast. No excuses for what happened over those two days. We understand that things can go wrong and that it can be hard to find someone to fix them during the holidays, but the room had already been paid for. Did you receive the payment and hand over a room without checking if it was clean or if the toilet worked?

The owner did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. The apartment is near charming towns and Lake Garda, and the rooms were lovely and spotless. I spent a few days surrounded by vineyards and nature, enjoying the views and birdsong.

We were very comfortable here, and breakfast was satisfying. The owner was incredibly welcoming, kind, helpful, and patient with the kids. The rooms were comfortable too, and cleanliness and courtesy both get a full 10 out of 10 from us. It's a quiet, beautiful place surrounded by greenery, only ten minutes from Gardaland. We'll definitely come back.
