Villa San Domenico

Dinner was a treat: antipasto, primo piatto, secondo piatto, and a bottle of wine, all delicious and made with ingredients from the family's own farm. Breakfast was incredible too, with homemade pastries, dreamy ricotta, and homemade jams. I still think about the lime jam. The owner is a sweet retired professor who runs the albergo with his wife and son. The service was amazing, and they were happy to answer every question about the albergo's history, the town, or the food. Their kindness and hospitality are hard to describe. I'd return a thousand times. Even if you stay elsewhere, you should eat at Villa San Domenico at least once. Grazie mille Tonino!!!!

Every room has a breathtaking view of the distant mountains, and the staff are genuinely lovely, caring, and attentive to details. We had an amazing dinner of delicious homemade specialties, using local ingredients from their own farm. The wine, antipasti, main course, and meat dishes were all excellent and a very fair price. Thanks for giving our family a perfect weekend getaway.

We were passing through this magical medieval town on the way to Puglia, and couldn't have chosen a better place to stop. At Albergo Ristorante Villa San Domenico, the staff made us feel right at home and were incredibly accommodating with our dog. The hotel has so much history and charm. We especially loved discovering the local traditional cuisine, authentic and full of flavor, it gave us a true taste of the region. This is a wonderful place to bring together history, hospitality, and Italian culture. We left with unforgettable memories and can't recommend it enough.

The room was really spacious, and the view from it was magnificent. This hotel has 500 years of history, and it's run by the kindest, most gracious people. We've travelled around the world and visited Italy many times looking for places to relax and explore. Here, we felt at home, and we'll be back many more years.
