Such a dream of a place, with lovely rooms tucked right into nature. Carla, Stefano and the whole family were amazing, kind and always ready to help. Peace and beauty are just a few steps from all the chaos.

The way our stay ended was deeply upsetting, especially since we had a good experience here the previous year and had chosen to return. We had to leave one night early after Lowcost Airlines changed our flight to an early morning departure, five days before we were due to go. It wasn't our fault, and we told the hostess straight away. At first she said it was fine and that she'd put the room online. Then on our last day, with no warning, she charged us half the price of the night we didn't use. When my husband paid before we left, Mrs. Carla shouted and gestured in Italian, then told him in English, "Go home!" She also accused us of not speaking Italian in Italy. Her response felt aggressive, humiliating, and emotionally devastating. Given her presence on international Google platforms, how can she make comments like that? It came across to us as xenophobia or racism. The hotel was nearly empty, with just one other family, and the rooms were available. She didn't lose anything, except her face and reputation in our eyes. As we rushed to pack, Mrs. Carla, furious and toxic, took a box of Polish chocolate candies our children had given her and put it out in the blazing sun on the hot car. The children cried when they saw. Tourism needs humanity as well as service, and we didn't find that here. We don't recommend this place. If dignity, language equality, and respect matter to you, look elsewhere. There are better options for service, conditions, and atmosphere.

I first came here in summer, but this time I got to see it in winter, and I was speechless. The season gave the place a lovely, welcoming feel, like a quiet refuge from noise, with nature at its best. Five years after my last visit, the experience felt even more magical. Antonio, the owner, and his wife make it feel like a real home. Their warmth and hospitality made me feel at home right away, and the stay went beyond everything I expected. Don't just come in one season. I'd happily return any time of year, and I'm already ready to come back.

The owner was kind and helpful, and breakfast was excellent, with mostly organic food from their own garden. It's a beautifully landscaped B&B. The only letdown was the very tiny shower.
