Surrounded by greenery, this is a handy base for excursions or a relaxing weekend. I stayed in a clean, well-furnished little apartment with everything I needed to unwind and recharge. The owner was friendly throughout, and I appreciated how carefully the place had been prepared for guests, including pilgrims like me. The self-service breakfast was generous and complete. It’s right along the "Via dei Lupi" (Wolves' Way), so I could rest up before setting off again. Highly recommended.

After a night on real mattresses, we woke up, opened the windows, and found ourselves in heaven. When we arrived around 3 am with our daughter, it was only 5 degrees outside, but the whole place was warm. The house smelled fresh and clean, and the bathroom was spotless. There was so much care throughout, with every comfort thought of. The fridge was full of goodies, and the kitchen had a mini buffet worthy of a starred hotel. Thank you, Luca, for standing out from the crowd! ☺️

The waterfall view and the quiet made it easy to enjoy a peaceful weekend in nature. I hadn't even known about this reserve before booking after reading the reviews. The B&B was more than I hoped for: spacious, spotless, and cared for down to the smallest detail, with parking inside the property. Luca was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was complete, including gluten-free products I had mentioned when booking. Highly recommend it.

Such a lovely holiday. The studio was spacious, welcoming, and beautiful, the rooms were clean and quiet, and breakfast was generous. Five stars, and thanks for the warm welcome.

Luca deserves a special mention for being so available. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also exceptionally clean, with that real clean smell, and breakfast was complete. A charming spot in Abruzzo, close to many of the area's typical attractions. Highly recommended.
