The garden is completely stuffed, the mattress is cheap and old, and the bed squeaks. The bathroom was dirty, and both the shower and toilet seat were malfunctioning. Planes flew close overhead at night and were very loud. The photos don't reflect reality. The host Evelyn tried to bribe us for a good review, then stole money from us after we wanted to leave an honest one. She made comments to us that were antisemitic and anti humanistic. The extra money she took wasn't invoiced, so I hope the Italian tax authorities read this. If you stay here, I recommend filming the apartment, towels, spoons, and everything else when you leave. She'll claim afterwards that you've stolen something, to pressure you into paying her more.

Our apartment was comfortable and nicely furnished. It's a good base for visiting the Lakes while staying away from the crowds. Evelyne was extremely friendly and helpful, and speaks perfect English and very good French.

Replying to the owners' comment: I'm the friend who was with the girl you're talking about, not the girl herself. She has nothing to do with the Google review and doesn't know I'm writing this. I think the way you treated her and us was cruel and unprofessional, and people should at least know about it.

We came as a couple for the Sumirago FPV Drone World Championship, and the old-fashioned style of the apartment really takes you back in time. It was well kept, welcoming, and clean, with a kettle, coffee maker, fridge, cutlery, cups, and ceramic plates. Antique mirrors and brightly colored curtains add to the classy feel. The colonnaded courtyard and garden are full of different plants and flowers. Looking down, you can spot a pond among even more lush greenery. On arrival, we were struck by the spacious porch and courtyard, like the courtyards of yesteryear. Evelyn runs the place with her beloved, lovable dogs, Undi, Max, etc. Our warmest, most sincere compliments to her. See you next time!
