The apartment was spacious enough, the host was friendly, and the view was great. But the kitchen fridge wasn’t clean, with mold along the side where the door closes. We’d seen lovely photos of the restaurant and were very disappointed by it. The food was very poor, though the dessert and wine were excellent. Breakfast was included, but there was a list of items that cost extra, and only one coffee was covered. You had to pay for a second.

We came here to break up the drive to Puglia, stopping both on the way there and back. From the property you get a spectacular 360-degree view of the Abruzzo hills, and the Roseto seafront is still only about ten minutes away by car. The Malafronte family welcomed us with such kindness and helpfulness. Our chats with Mr. Nicola at breakfast made it clear how much they care about making guests feel at home. Breakfast was truly superb, with delicious local products. The clean apartment had every comfort, and there’s a restaurant too. We hope to return and stay a few more days. An experience worth trying!

Breakfast was served at our table in a lovely room finished with stone and wood. There was no standard buffet, but we had a good variety of high-quality artisanal products. The yogurt from a small local dairy was a standout, among the best I’ve tasted. We’d stopped here somewhat by chance during a family trip, and the staff’s kindness and helpfulness made the stay extremely pleasant. Our room was welcoming and clean, and the property sits amid the green Abruzzo countryside with a breathtaking view.
