Villa Sant'espedito Resort

The restaurant has two separate dining rooms, one for bistro dining and one for gourmet meals. We got to try both and really enjoyed them. The food was excellent, and the value for money was excellent too. Staff at both the restaurant and residence were friendly and attentive to guests’ needs. I stayed here with friends from Thursday, November 24th to Monday, November 29th, 2022. The property is surrounded by greenery and has a large park that seems ideal for relaxing spring or summer breaks. There’s also a soccer field, making it a flexible option for families or couples wanting time away from the city. The rooms are spacious, warm, and welcoming, and the bathroom amenities are well appointed, including state-of-the-art hairdryers. There’s a large parking area with two electric vehicle charging stations. I highly recommend a stay here.

The menu is fairly sophisticated, with meat and fish options and high-quality ingredients. Service was excellent, thanks to young, friendly, capable staff who made us feel pampered all evening. There’s plenty of parking, including two electric vehicle charging stations. The building, formerly the Villa S.Espedito restaurant, has barely changed and makes a splendid setting for weddings, communions, and other events. I’d recommend it for a romantic dinner as well as a larger gathering.

Since Anna took over the management on April 13, 2025, things have been excellent in every way. 👍

It’s average and not very comfortable. The restaurant feels like a gamble: one day you eat well and leave satisfied, another day the food is bad. I left lunch without eating.
