We were left without a hotel for our first night after our original booking was cancelled. Anastasia answered late in the evening and had a clean, lovely room ready for us. She made us feel welcome, and we really appreciated how flexible she was.

Anastasia was so warm and easy to reach whenever we needed her. She also makes exceptional tarts, which was a lovely bonus. The apartment was spotless and the location was great. I'd highly recommend staying here.
