The beach was good, and pizza was probably the best thing we ate there. The rest of the food was just okay. The manager seemed odd: when we arrived at the hotel, he said we couldn’t have a key until we ate first, lol. There’s no transport from the hotel, so without a rental car you can feel like a prisoner. The animators are good if you understand Italian. I rented a car and could get around, but people who stayed put can judge that part better.

There was mold in both the room and bathroom, and the sink didn’t work properly. I had to follow up with reception several times about it. The food was mediocre, the restaurant felt like a 2-star place, and the coffee there was undrinkable. The entertainment team seemed to avoid interacting, even though I speak the local language. They also didn’t seem able to accommodate guests who don’t speak Italian. Watch out for mosquitoes, too, since the place is right next to a smelly lake.

We had a really pleasant holiday! Ms. Erica was so helpful, and the animation team were great too. We enjoyed our stay!

The location was perfect, and the service and waiters were great. The food and drinks, though, were very mediocre. All the desserts tasted alike, the drinks seemed cheap, and I only liked the pizzas. When we arrived, there were tons of mosquitoes in the room. I killed about 15 😬
