The lunches were such a treat, especially the picnic, lasagne and pizza 🍕, and the breakfasts were really special too. I loved the apartment and, above all, how warmly you welcomed us. Thanks so much for an amazing stay 🫶. Between the kind people, great food and nature, it’s an easy place to recommend for a vacation.

Harry knows plenty of cycling and walking routes, so this is a great base for exploring. And if wine is your thing, you’re in the right region: Harry and Martine can point you to vineyards and tasting spots. The big, beautiful garden is lovely, and they make you feel right at home. A wonderful place to stay surrounded by nature.

The peace, open space and lovely views made our few days at charming Casavabene wonderful. We were welcomed so warmly, too. We visited last September, and the wine country around us had plenty of beautiful vineyards and places to taste. We’d love to return sometime.

The Capriolo cottage was a lovely place to stay, and the quiet made it easy to unwind. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden, with its pool and all the different spots to sit. Harry and Martine are very friendly and happy to share information about the area. We had a wonderful time at Casa Vabene and highly recommend it. Spero di vederci presto. (Hopefully see you soon!)
