Don't book here. Our reservation was canceled without warning, even though we messaged to say we'd arrive a day late. Our travel date had changed, and we trusted that the remaining three nights would still be booked, even if we lost the first night. Instead, we were left without a room during the busy autumn season and without the money we'd saved for a few days in Italy. The staff member didn't call or warn us before canceling, and showed no empathy when this left us stranded in high season. I hope he gets a raise every time he does this, since I can't think of another reason to treat a guest this way without first trying to reach them. Whoever did this needs hospitality lessons. Don't ignore a guest's messages, call to check whether they're coming. If all that matters to you is money, you shouldn't be in this industry. I'd already read the awful reviews and can confirm them. I know people will still book here, but make this your last option. Luckily, we found another place in central Venice with much nicer, capable, professional staff who cared about their guests. It wasn't worth the money.

The bed sheets looked unwashed, and there were mosquitoes and bugs. The room was dirty and smelled strongly unpleasant, with hygiene far below an acceptable standard. Staff were rude and unhelpful throughout, and showed no professionalism. Management and staff need proper training in hospitality and basic customer service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable or respectful stay.

The rooms were old and noisy, and we saw rats as soon as we opened ours. Hygiene was very bad. The hotel staff were rude, unreachable and offered no service. There are cheaper choices in the city. If you can't offer anything, you shouldn't be in hospitality.

The only real plus is a bus stop within walking distance. The place might be fine for leaving luggage, but you'd have to be pretty desperate to stay there. People shout late into the night, there are ants in the beds, and everything in the room is old and broken. Staff are rude and indifferent, and there's no cleanliness. Not all the hotel staff are Indian. It's not worth even €1.

The room was tiny, though clean, and the bed felt made for a small child. They really should change the name: a hotel using Venice airport in its name ought to do better with airport shuttles and breakfast.
