We stopped for lunch before our flight home, not to stay at the hotel. The harbour view is lovely, and the menu is large with photos of every dish, which helps. Prices were higher than at other nearby places, but the food quality didn't match. The parmesan came in a sealed packet instead of freshly grated, and the bruschetta tomatoes were bland, without garlic or basil 😞. You can't just stop in for coffee or drinks, as this is dining only. The bill has to be paid at the counter inside, not at the table. Staff were rather abrupt, though not unpleasant.

We only ate at the restaurant, and had a really nice meal. The setting is lovely, the food was delicious and arrived quickly, and the staff were friendly and polite. Prices felt fair. I'd definitely recommend it!

The wait staff were friendly and great, and the house wine was okay. Food was a mixed bag: about half our dishes were pretty good and the rest pretty bad, especially the pastas, which had poor texture and flavor. The potatoes were damp and completely lacking texture. Service 5/5, food 2/5.

A year later, in 2025, we came back specifically to eat here. The fried seafood mix wasn't as good this time. I'm not sure what changed, but it was just good now, not the best on the whole lake. I'm still leaving five stars for the quick service and generally good food. On our earlier visit we were staying in town for a few days and came back for three evenings because the seafood was so good. I still say, don't miss the fried calamari. Service was fast every time, the view was great, and nobody rushed us. We'll visit again next year if we're in Italy. The food is great, the service quick and friendly, and the location beautiful. I especially recommend the fried seafood mix, shown in the middle of the photo. All the fish was fresh and cooked just right.

The portions are huge, the food is delicious, and the rest of the staff are amazing. My family and I want to congratulate the staff and chef. I don't know why this restaurant has less than five stars in the reviews. Five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
