That private jacuzzi on the balcony was a highlight and worth it on its own. We also loved the lakefront setting and the breakfast, where the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and kept in good condition. We stayed five nights and had a very good experience overall, but housekeeping nearby was loud enough to wake us every morning. Reception staff could have been more attentive, as they never really answered a simple good morning. The parking was quite far away, and the room was cold and humid, making it hard to dry swimwear and towels. Still, it was a great stay.

Breakfast was delicious and had a great range, the room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was outstandingly clean. The location was excellent and really convenient. The staff were kind and helpful, and took our feedback into account. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

We had a very comfortable, nice room, and the lake views were great. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants just steps away. The one drawback was the paid "secure" parking, half a kilometer from the hotel. It didn't feel secure: every car displayed the gate access PIN on a ticket, and the gate was easy to climb because it was only 1200mm high.

Our birthdays happened to fall during our four wonderful days at Hotel Lago di Garda, and they turned out to be the best birthdays 🥰 The beautiful location, quick and efficient communication, and a friendly reception team that noticed every detail all made us smile. Our rooms were clean, and breakfast was delicious, with a stunning view from the window ❤️ Thank you to all the staff who put in so much effort and clearly love their work. We'll definitely come back ❤️

The lack of a place to sit or eat outside the room became a real problem. With the restaurant closed, there was nowhere in the hotel to relax at a table, so we ended up eating takeaway pizza in the bathroom while our baby slept. The day before, we’d been put in a back room instead of the main dining area, and staff complained that our baby was too noisy. They also wouldn’t heat the baby’s meal the next day, saying the restaurant was closed. We felt unwelcome from the start. This was a stressful stay with a young child, and we won’t be back.
