We had a room with a lake view, and the indoor pool also looks straight out over Lake Don Valey. The sauna has been renovated, and there are free bikes, which made getting around town easy. Rentals for all sorts of things are right next door. A very good choice for a short stay.

I was a complete beginner when I took a couple of days of lessons at the windsurf school. Stephanie helped me get the hang of handling the board and sail surprisingly quickly, and I felt well looked after. The instructors seem to have turned a hobby into their work. They’re upbeat and motivated, and pay attention to you even when you’re in a group. I really enjoyed it.

The breakfast was great, and there were snacks during the day served by local staff. We could also borrow bikes for the ride to Riva for dinner, and the surf school had free storage for our windsurf gear, with friendly people there. The hotel sits right by the lake, with lovely views, and is probably the best placed option around Torbole and Riva, especially for watersports. A fantastic holiday.

I stopped by the hotel bar a few times on vacation this year for coffee, snacks and aperitifs. The service was consistently excellent, and Manu was especially great. I liked how professional the staff were while still being fun, which suits the hotel's surfer charm so well. It felt like just the kind of Italian holiday I picture. Thanks to Manu and the whole team. Hope to see you next year!

It's a clean, fairly simple hotel, but the breakfast and customer service were first class, and the value was great. The views over Garda Lake are breathtaking. Its spot between Riva del Garda and Torbole is really convenient. Highly recommended.
