A Durmì Suite

Antonio was a great host, reachable by message whenever we needed him. The room was basic but comfortable, though the traffic outside could get pretty loud at night. The hotel sits right in the old town, opposite the famous L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele, and we were there for a few nights on our first trip to Italy. I'd happily stay again if I come back to Napoli.

Breakfast had plenty of different food and drink options, so there was something for everyone. Our room was spotless and really comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Antonio was the friendliest, most helpful host you could hope for. Lovely place and location. We hope to come back soon!

The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean with a modern bathroom. It's a sweet little place, conveniently near the station and just off the main road, although getting to the port takes a fair walk. Finding the entrance took us a while, since it sits behind a large wooden door and isn't obvious. The rooms aren't soundproof from noise inside or outside, despite what the booking sites claim. Breakfast is simple and not very substantial.

The best thing here is how close it is to Pizzeria Da Michele. The room itself was tiny, with cheap sheets so thin they were transparent. The pillow was nearly flat, and its new pillowcase hadn't been washed, so it felt scratchy. We had to cover the pillows with our T-shirts because no staff were around to ask for different cases. This doesn't feel like a B&B or hotel, more like a hostel. The entryway and lobby were in terrible, run-down condition, and there was nobody working there to answer questions or help us. Everything in the room felt very cheap.
