Agra Suites

Biagio welcomed us so warmly and was friendly throughout our stay. The room was well appointed, with lots of sweet little surprises. It was my first time in Naples, and it’s hard to know a city’s layout or where to stay, but we really lucked out with this place in the best part of town. If you’re visiting Naples, stay here.

I’d definitely come back. The rooms were clean and modern, and I felt safe in and around the hotel at all times. It’s in a fantastic part of Napoli. Biagio deserves a special mention. In all my years traveling, I haven’t met a more helpful, enthusiastic host. He went above and beyond to make me comfortable, keep my planned trips running smoothly, and take care of everything I needed.

The location was a highlight, in a walkable part of town right by the port, and I never felt unsafe there, unlike in some other parts of Naples. The staff gave us a great experience, with lovely recommendations, especially Umerto!, and arranged late access to the hotel before our overnight train. I’d stay here again if I returned to Naples. The stairs are brutal with luggage, though staff helped us get in. We also had some trouble with the hot water, but they were able to help with that.

Breakfast was included at the cafe downstairs on the plaza, which was nice, and the staff were friendly and helped arrange taxis. I felt safe coming and going at night thanks to the extra security. The rooms are small, but clean, comfortable, and modern. There were a couple of quirks with the locks and shower, but they were easy to sort out. I stayed for a couple of nights in Naples with my husband.
