Marco made the stay special. He was warm, full of energy, and knew Napoli inside out. We loved following his suggestions. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, the views were amazing, and there was good coffee and snacks. We only wish we'd had more time here. We'd definitely come back.

The port is close by, making this a handy base for most attractions, and our room looked out onto a fantastic view. Marco showed us around the apartment and explained everything carefully, then shared tips on where to eat. They also refilled our water every day, and toast, jam, coffee, and other bits were provided for free. Everything was great.

Marco was attentive, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. We really enjoyed staying here. The location is especially handy if you're taking a cruise, since it's right across from the port. Be ready for a surprise ;). Highly recommend.

We stayed one night before heading home, and being near the port worked perfectly for catching the alibus to the airport in the morning. The building was easy to spot, but after we buzzed, someone else let us in. We should've waited for guidance because there are several levels and we got turned around inside. The hotel supplies the change for the lift, which you only need to pay for at certain times of day. Marco checked us in and was welcoming and helpful. Since another guest hadn't turned up, he gave us a larger room than we'd booked. Room 1 was modern and nicely decorated, though I could hear the lift moving from inside. I'm more sensitive to noise than most, so that might not bother everyone. Outside the room there's a small kitchenette with complimentary coffee and snacks, which was handy for a morning cup before going out.

I booked this for my last night after meeting Marco, the manager, on the Secret Food Tour. I only wish I'd stayed longer. The room was spacious and stylish, with excellent sound insulation. The place was full, all seven rooms, and I didn't hear a thing. Mine also had a huge shower and sauna room, with an amazing view over Naples. It's easy to walk to the port and ferries to the islands, the airport bus stop, and the historic centre. Marco was generous with tips and maps. This was easily my favorite stay during ten days in Naples and the Amalfi Coast, and great value for money. The Secret Food Tour was five stars too.
