The steep hill was a real surprise. Getting back up was a challenge even by Metro, especially hauling our heavy bags. The room itself was lovely, modern and clean, with a small balcony, and the staff were lovely during our two nights. There are three keys to get into the nice building, which made it feel more secure. A few things got in the way of a better night's sleep: doors slamming from another room on the first night, a loud fridge, and very thin pillows. The road is busy, so we didn't leave the balcony doors open much. There was also a sewage smell in the bathroom, though I read in other reviews that this is common. It would've been handy to have a mirror in the room as well as the one in the bathroom, especially with more than one person getting ready.

The staff were accommodating when we arrived and helpful all through the trip. The room worked well for four of us, and the hotel was reasonably central. We had a great time in Naples for the two nights we stayed. Getting there from the bus was a bit difficult with our suitcases because of the hill.

The rooms are small but efficient, and that was fine since we only slept there. WiFi was good, and the staff were patient, kind and professional. It was relatively close to museums and other things. We felt like we really experienced Napoli, especially during New Year's. WOW, the whole big city was having a party. Thanks.

We never got to stay. After we booked what was listed as the last twin room, the property contacted us and asked us to cancel because they hadn't updated their prices. They then tried to cancel it themselves, claiming we hadn't made the prepayment, which wasn't true. I found that very unprofessional toward us as clients, and wouldn't recommend this kind of customer service.
