The staff were friendly and dealt with our concerns quickly, and the air conditioning worked great. The location is handy, near the subway and pizza alley. But the room felt old and dirty, with a rusty bin and a shower head starting to rust. The walls are thin, so loud guests carry through, and there are no stated quiet hours. The bed was comfortable, though anyone over 5'11" might find their feet sticking out.

The staff were pleasant, but the setup was confusing from the start. There are areas A, B, and C with no clear signs showing which company you're staying with, and the booth to the left was unmanned, so there was no one to ask. Getting around also meant carrying a pile of keys: one for the main hotel entrance, one for the break room, one for the living area, and one for the room. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was decent for the price, and the location puts you close to Naples' busy center without being right in the noise. Still, the room quality needs work. One light fixture was broken and hanging from the wall by bare wires, and the thin walls meant we could hear the neighbors through the night. Not a bad place, but those issues stood out.

We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the area felt safe while still being close to the city center. The staff were friendly and keen to help, though they showed us the coffee-making area and we were never given keys to use it.
