Our host made the stay in Naples so easy. The rooms were clean and spacious, and she was quick and friendly whenever we got in touch. She even offered to store some bags while we spent time on the Amalfi Coast, since we were returning to Naples the night before our flight. We had a 2am departure and had read that a taxi needed to be booked ahead, so she called the taxi company for us because we couldn't make international calls.

The balcony was my favorite part, and the location made everything easy. There's a Conad nearby and several little delicatessens, including one just a couple of doors away that I fell in love with. The room was surprisingly quiet despite noise from the street and other residents when we arrived, and the beds were super comfortable. We were five, including my kids, and slept incredibly well in the deluxe apartment. It was spacious and well furnished, with recently renovated rooms and bathroom. The water pressure was great, and the hot water lasted through showers for three teen girls, which doesn't even happen with our huge water heater at home! The front desk attendant was incredibly kind and even offered to carry my groceries as he was leaving. Desk hours are limited, which was tricky since we were coming from Capri for the night, so we had to time our arrival. Once we were in and settled, everything was fine. Plan around their availability, and check breakfast hours, since we slept late and missed it. We had an awesome stay and I highly recommend this spot.

A good apartment for a short city visit, with everything we needed. We could leave our luggage on the last day, and when we arrived late, the contact person still checked us in and had arranged a cab from the airport. They also gave us free mineral water. Staff aren't always in the building, but they're reachable on WhatsApp and answer quickly, and a toilet paper issue was handled promptly and appropriately. The bathroom was nice, though the shower has no door and made the floor a bit wet. There's only one window, and the upstairs bed has a small staircase and low ceiling. All in all, a good place to stay.

The location is perfect, and the place is clean. Housekeeping did leave the toilet untouched when the ladies made up the room, and I don't know why. They also don't provide basics like slippers. Still, as someone traveling on an average to low budget, I'd come back.
