We felt safe everywhere we went, and the room had no noise problems. The AC worked well. Napoli’s central location made it easy for first-time visitors to get around and be close to everything, and breakfast was a good way to start the day. The city itself is a bit dirty, with lots of graffiti.

The room was clean and spacious, with a great shower, and the location was perfect. Service was excellent. Internet worked well most of the time, though it cut out briefly now and then. Breakfast offered a nice range of cheese, bread, meats, granola, cakes, and coffee. The taste was okay.

We’d happily stay at Palazzo Decumani again. Our room was very spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. It’s well placed for walking to lots of shops and little restaurants and cafes, and Napoli Centrale is walkable too. The one suggestion we have is starting breakfast at 7:30. It runs only from 8-10, and because of tours and other plans we had to leave around 8, so we never got to try it.

Barbara was great when we checked in, and the room itself felt luxurious. We arranged a taxi after dinner for the morning airport ride, and they took care of it. The AC was switched on but never cooled the room, even after we checked everything, including closing the windows. The room wasn’t quiet either. Naples was dirty, with trash everywhere and graffiti on buildings around the area, including churches and businesses, so we were glad to leave. At departure, the night desk gentleman wasn’t welcoming and didn’t help with our AC questions.

We spent six days in this charming hotel, and the room was huge and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely, and the location was perfect. Everything about the stay was outstanding. Thank you! :-)
