The room was small but cozy, and the air conditioning was a real help in the hot weather. We were very happy with the apartment. It’s handy for both the train and metro stations, with lots of places to eat nearby, and the staff were friendly. We arrived before check-in, but they let us leave our luggage in the room and come back once it was ready. They’d also sent detailed directions in advance. My husband and I recommend it.

We stayed at Ale Naples Holiday near the end of our 19-day trip to Italy, breaking up the journey from Sicily to Rome with a short stop in Naples. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and firm, and we had a very nice balcony view. We didn’t spend much time with the hosts, but the location worked perfectly, close to the train station, the historic center, and a few nice restaurants. We’d stay again.

The rooms were super clean, and the hosts were so kind and gentle. I had a really relaxing, welcoming stay at Ale’s holiday inn. It’s centrally located, so getting around by metro is easy. I’d stay again!

Ale, the manager, was so kind and took care of everything we needed. The place was clean, and it’s well placed near the central station, though the neighborhood isn’t the cleanest. The owner’s attitude alone deserves five stars.

For what we paid, it was great value. It’s not luxurious, but I’d come back the next time we’re in Naples. The room was a good size for us, very clean, and had everything we needed: AC, strong water pressure, fast wifi, two bottles of water, adapters, and a tea kettle. The elevator was the usual small European kind, fitting two people and two carry-ons. Alessandra was quick to answer our questions on WhatsApp and sent clear directions for finding the room. We only needed one night to rest before a tour, and being able to leave our luggage the next day was convenient and felt safe. The location is excellent, just steps from the Napoli Central Train station and a short walk from the M1 train Garibaldi stop. We needed that for the cruise port and the boat to Sorrento and Capri, and we also took a leisurely walk to the Spaccanopoli area. From Naples airport we took the Alibus to the Central Train Station, paid €5 per person, then walked eight minutes to the property. The M1 Garibaldi entrance was a three-minute walk away. We paid €1.50 for the metro to Municipio stop for the cruise port. Super easy! I’m on IG for food/travel: @i_therefore_conclude
