Finding somewhere else to stay at the last minute was both difficult and expensive, and we were left with extra costs and a lot of stress. Less than 24 hours before we were due to arrive, the hotel suddenly cancelled our reservation. They offered no adequate explanation, took no responsibility, and made no effort to help us find a solution. For a hospitality business, that kind of unreliability is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I'd urge others to think carefully before booking here. It showed a complete lack of responsibility and respect for guests.

Antonio is the best, really friendly, respectful, and professional! Nice hotel, big rooms, right in the centre of Napoli and close to the station.

The owner and staff are lovely, genuinely nice people. At first the area outside felt scary, though after a few days we sort of got used to it. The room wasn't very clean when we arrived, even though they cleaned it daily. I guess you get what you pay for.

Antonio was the standout for me, such a lovely man. He took care of what I needed, from arranging a taxi to the airport to explaining the city and giving guidance. The hotel is small, and the stairs are scary. There are three keys at the entrance, lol. The area gets a bit dark at night, but there's a grocery store downstairs. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and close to everything. My room was bigger than I needed, with two beds when I only needed one. It was clean as it should be, and the bed was big and comfortable. This works for a few nights if you want somewhere cheap in central Naples to rest your head. I didn't need anything else. A successful stay.
