We booked the flat and ground floor two months ahead, but arrived to find a completely different setup. Instead of two rooms with three separate beds, we got one room with a single and a double bed next to each other. They called the lower price a discount, but it was basically the normal rate for an inferior flat. We got another discount at the end, I guess, though they blamed it all on Booking.com communication problems or something. Finding another place within a few hours in Napoli was hard, so the change put us under a lot of stress from the start. We ended up booking extra rooms somewhere else anyway.

The location was good, and it was quiet overall. But the balcony mattered most to me, and I'd mentioned that when booking. Instead, we got a ground-floor room with a balcony facing the parking lot. The microwave was broken, the fridge barely kept things cool, and the cleaning could have been better.

The place is small and feels really authentic. We had two double bedrooms and a shower and toilet room of our own. The entrance and hall are shared with the owners, but they gave us plenty of privacy. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us, we'd recommend it 100% xxx
