The room was dirty, the towels were soiled, the shower was rusty, and even the toilet paper roll had already been used. The air conditioner was broken, with a basin underneath it, and the blinds wouldn’t close, so light came into the room. Breakfast was at the bar down the street, just one coffee and one croissant. They also charged me 15 euros in cash on top of what I had already paid on Booking.com, saying it was for cleaning. Beware, you will be asked to pay 15 euros in cash on the spot when you book. At checkout the elevator was being used for a move, so I had to walk up five floors. There are several more decent and cheaper B&Bs in the same building and nearby.

Steps from the Dante Metro station, this B&B sits in a historic building in a very central, convenient spot. Excellent place, recommended.
