The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens were all very clean, with daily attention to them. Jordan House is a lovely place in a great city, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Ask him for tips on what to see and do in Naples, you won't be disappointed.

The apartment itself was clean and useful, and the fish market is just 50 m away. The streets outside are dirty and noisy, though I guess that's part of Naples. Inside, there isn't real privacy: it's a shared space with a glass-like wall instead of proper walls between the apartment and corridor, so you can hear everyone and see the light. Before 9 a.m., the owner knocked to ask for 10 eur for using the washing machine. Later, while we were out, he came into the apartment and took the 10 eur left in the room without telling us. After we left, he said we'd broken the shower and wanted 150 eur. We hadn't broken anything; it was already like that when we arrived. A really annoying host, and you don't feel private there.

The rental started out fine, and the boat was in good shape. I paid a 250 euro cash deposit as security, as we'd agreed over the phone. The owner said his schedule was busy and that he'd come check the boat the next day. We had a whole day before then, and told him we'd be leaving the city the day after that. He assured us he'd sort it out before checkout, but he never showed up. We waited past checkout time, and when we tried to discuss it, he ignored our concerns and blocked us on WhatsApp, ending communication altogether. Jordan runs a Bed and Breakfast and a boat rental company in the port of Napels. They seemed trustworthy, so we booked with them. I'm sharing what happened because it's disappointing, especially given the good reviews they'd received, and people considering a rental should be cautious. My experience showed a lack of responsibility and customer service. I can only conclude that the company's standards have gone downhill. The owner and company no longer seem trustworthy, and it feels like they're more interested in quick money-grabs than honest rental service. I hope this helps you make an informed decision. Businesses should care about customers and do right by them.

The place was spotless throughout our stay, and the value for money was great. It's only a short walk from the train station, and the host was very welcoming and always ready to help. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in Naples.
