B&B Chez Moi

After a fire in the apartment, they refused to refund our stay. It was a real shock. They also deleted the negative reviews.

Room 102 was the best.

The staff were helpful and friendly when they were around, but there wasn't a reception desk at the apartment, and everything had to go through the hotel next door. I couldn't find a phone number or any other way to contact someone if a problem came up. I was moved here from the hotel I'd booked without being told beforehand. The place is on the fifth floor with no elevator. The entrance is damaged, and it looks like the floor may have burned at some point, which made climbing all those stairs feel unsettling. Room 503 had a pump and meters making constant noise, and its windows were stuck shut. I canceled and had to find somewhere else to stay.

We booked rooms for four and five people at B&B Chez Moi in Naples, but when we got there, there weren't enough beds, and there weren't even pillows. The stated capacity didn't match what the management could provide. Having to ask for the basic things needed to sleep was unacceptable. The rooms were in terrible shape. There were damp patches and visible leaks from the ceiling, and the bathroom pipes kept leaking, leaving things wet and unhygienic. At night, constant noises from the building made it hard to sleep. Even taking a shower was disturbed by noise, on top of the leaking pipes. Breakfast was very limited, with little choice and few products. It wasn't the abundant breakfast you'd expect in Naples, and the service didn't feel up to standard. The organization and condition of the place made for a terrible stay, with poor hygiene and no sense of welcome. I've never booked for a large group and faced anything like this. Never again. One last thing for the owners: guests shouldn't be treated this way because they're from the North. Where people come from doesn't excuse poor service or dishonesty. Everyone deserves the same respect.
