I was here alone for about a week last month, and it worked perfectly for me. The host was great about communicating. The place is near Universita metro station, and you can walk to Centro Storico, Spacanapoli, the port and plenty of restaurants and eateries. There’s an All'Antico Vianio right next door, too. My only location gripe is the university beside it, which can make things noisy sometimes. I’d give location four stars for that. A few practical details: the actual property is in the compound’s rear building, not right at the street address. Go through the large entryway, past the guard kiosk, then take the path on the right. There’s an elevator. And unless you really need to, skip the cab from Napoli Centrale. The metro to Universita is easy and saves a lot of money. I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Napoli :)

The flat has five rooms, and when we came in the off season we had it to ourselves, which was great. The common room is quite small, though, so I’m not sure how it would feel in peak season with eight other people. It’s well located and convenient for seeing Napoli. One thing, I wouldn’t call it a B&B, more just a B, since breakfast was a few industrial sweets in plastic packaging.

The location made getting around easy, with attractions, shops, trains and ferries close by. It’s a lively neighborhood on a busy main street, but we always felt safe going out, even late at night. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, quick to reply and always ready to help. Our room was clean and a nice size, and they left snacks and drinks in it each day. There’s an elevator, and after checkout we could leave our luggage for the day. Tiziana and Marcella were so kind. Staying here made our time in Naples much better.

Tiziana kept in touch on WhatsApp and was there to help around the clock, including with taxis. We stayed three nights in July 2025 and felt at home here. Such a lovely location, attentive staff, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks again so much!
