B&B Goldencube Guest House

They accepted my check-in for 6 pm, but when I got there, they said my reservation had been canceled because of an alleged card error. I'd spent the day calling the cell number listed on Booking to check that everything was fine, but no one answered. Then I arrived at the hostel after getting lost and walking several blocks with my backpack. There isn't even a sign. The girl wouldn't come to the phone. She only gave us her tenants' explanation, and luckily they kindly suggested a much better located place called Pizza Hostel. I'd recommend that one. Thanks for nothing, B&B Guest House.

It was too hot in the rooms, and the fan didn't help. The room also lacked the kitchenette promised in the description, though the mini-bar prices were good. We were moved to a worse room for no reason, and there were extra charges we hadn't been told about. The owner didn't answer messages or calls. The only nice person was the cleaning lady, who tried to communicate even though she didn't speak English. No thanks!

The location was okay, but the room was small. The kitchen utensils were sticky and dusty, as if they hadn't been used or cleaned in a long time. They also charged us €5 to keep our bags before check-in, even though we were staying there.

For such a low price, this was a lovely place. It felt more like renting a room in an apartment than staying at a hotel. Monica was a wonderful host, and I'd definitely stay again if I needed a room in Naples.
