The hotel is new and right in the heart of Naples, and the staff were always ready to help with whatever I needed. I felt pampered the whole time. They turned my vacation into a fairytale.

The location made it easy to get to the museums and monuments quickly. The B&B is new and clean, with plenty of comforts, and the owners made us feel very welcome and were helpful.

The staff were both professional and friendly, and the new property is kept in meticulous condition. Everything felt perfect. I'd recommend it.

There was a bit of clumsiness and distraction from the staff, which is the one downside. Still, it's highly recommended for everything it offers.
