Sansepolcro33 made a comfortable, relaxing base between all our outings, and we had such a great time. The apartment was top quality, with everything brand new and fully equipped, including great furniture, a bed, bathroom, and kitchenette. The host was fantastic and helped with anything we needed or wanted to ask. It's in the heart of the Spanish district (Quartieri Spagnoli), a lively, authentic, interesting part of Napoli. The historic center and most attractions are within walking distance, and public transport is nearby. Definitely a great place to stay in Napoli. We're looking forward to coming back soon!

We had a great holiday stay here in early October 2024, and would definitely come again if we return to Naples. The apartment was modern and beautifully decorated, right in the heart of quartieri spagnoli. Diego, the landlord, was friendly and very helpful, and gave us two excellent restaurant tips. My girlfriend Paula and I really enjoyed our time there.

The bed was fantastically comfortable, the shower was wonderful, and the double glazing kept the nighttime noise out. The kitchen is well equipped, and while we ate out every night, the Nespresso machine was very welcome. During the day or early evening, sitting on the balcony lets you take in everyday life in Naples. Sansepolcro33 is right in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, with bars and restaurants all around and a great base for exploring Napoli. We stayed four nights and wished we'd booked more. Diego gave us the warmest welcome we've ever had. He had arranged an early check-in, and while the room was being finished, took us around the corner for a spritz and coffee. He shared places to see and eat, then on our last day drove us to a beautiful viewpoint over the city, stopping for coffee and a pastry on the way. We'd absolutely recommend the apartment and are already planning another visit.

Diego was kind and helpful right from the start, and we felt at home. The brand-new two-room apartment was spotless and tastefully furnished. The mattresses and pillows were incredibly comfortable, even the sofa bed, and the soundproofing was excellent. With two bathrooms, each with a shower, it worked very well for four people. The location made visiting Naples easy: it's in the heart of the Spanish Quarter but away from the bars' bustle. Nearly everything is walkable, and the metro is less than five minutes away. We couldn't have chosen a better place. Thanks, Diego. We'll be back soon!
