The bedding and towels weren't actually dirty, but they gave me the feeling that they hadn't been washed properly. That was the vibe of the whole hotel. I felt too icky to shower and use the towels, so I wiped myself down with wet towels instead. I was only there overnight, so it wasn't a huge problem, but I'd look for somewhere else next time.

Our room is spectacular, and Andrea made us feel so welcome. It's right in the middle of everything, and we'll try to book here again when we're in Naples. Just don't make our mistake: call Andrea before you arrive. We couldn't find the place and started wondering if it even existed.

Reception was wonderful and attentive, showing us the room and how everything worked. Make sure you arrive at the time arranged, since reception isn't available on demand. To find B&B Sansevero, press the button marked Sansevero at the street entrance and they'll buzz you in. It's on the 2nd level: go up one flight, follow the B&B Sansevero signs to the right, then take another separate flight of stairs. It suited my needs well, with a cheap price, a safe place, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a clean room and bathroom. There's a shared kitchenette, and the laundromat a few doors down charges €4 per wash.

The hosts were very nice and polite, and our room was clean, with all the basic comforts we needed. Sansevero is a nice place to stay for a few days in Naples. It's fairly central, with plenty of little cafes, lovely local spots, and delicious pizza places nearby.

The manager was friendly and let us use the lobby after checkout. Still, after I asked several times, he never sent the invoice.
